Lydia graduated from the
Guildford School of Acting in 2019, where she was awarded the
BA Acting Prize. Upon graduating, she performed at
The Globe as part of the
Sam Wanamaker Festival. Recently, Lydia has appeared as
Lady Macbeth (Young Shakespeare Company), Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Young Shakespeare Company), one-woman play
Small Hours by
Lucy Kirkwood (Catalyst Festival), Mary in Maryland (Barons Court Theatre), and Elizabeth in Frankenstein (The Hawth Theatre). She has also worked extensively with physical theatre company
State of Flux, performing at theatres such as the
Actors Centre,
The Silver Building, and most recently as the lead dancer/ actor in the
Sleep Walking Animals music video
Dance Laura Dance.
Lydia is appearing in
Robin Hood and
Much Ado About Nothing with
This Is My Theatre on a national tour this Summer 2023.
She is also in development as a writer and director on a new play
Collateral, having recently appeared at
The Golden Goose Theatre.
Alongside acting, Lydia is an avid footballer and she is a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
